Why Do We Produce Iron Strong? To Help You Find Solutions!

By Andrea Kubik   06/14/2019  In Services

You’re Asking. We’re Answering

There are so many questions that our consumers have about ductile iron pipe and one of the biggest categories is the HOW: “How is it made? How is it done? How can I fix this?” And there’s even the “How much does it cost?”

McWane Ductile understands the importance of answering some of these tough questions while nurturing customer relationships in the water and wastewater industry. When showing someone HOW to do something, by being open and transparent, we’re hoping to build trust with you.

There are many companies out there that may be “afraid to show customers too much” because the customer might end up doing things for themselves. But, here at McWane Ductile, this couldn’t be farther from the truth.

We have nothing to hide and hope you’ll realize you can count on us to provide education and instruction so that you know what you’re doing. We want you to do the job right the first time.

It’s a Digital World After All

Today’s challenge is how best to address the shifts in customer relationship marketing posed by our proactive consumers and and utilizing the best avenues to provide solutions and answers to your most-often-asked questions.

The decision-makers who specify ductile iron products for their waterworks projects are well-educated and research-driven. To meet the demands of an ever-evolving digital world, McWane Ductile has focused on providing improved communication, education, and value by expanding our digital media efforts to include our Website, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and, most recently, Twitter.

You’re Searching. We’re Posting

In the spring of 2018, McWane Ductile announced the launch of our Iron Strong Learning Center, a resourceful and interactive tool for water professionals. Found at McWaneDuctile.com, the Learning Center provides blogs that are fueled by real-world utility experiences and include a mix of informative videos and written articles.

The blogs are penned and produced in house by McWane Ductile’s knowledgeable staff and advisory contributors, with experience ranging from foundry processes to jobsite installations.

McWane Ductile staff host the videos as they cover many topics pertaining to ductile iron pipe. These people aren’t trained actors and some of them go way out of their comfort zone to make videos that will both educate and entertain you.  We believe they have been doing an amazing job – and we hope you agree!

Since launching the Iron Strong Learning Center, we have produced more than 19 quick process demonstration videos, we’ve covered more than 35 blog topics, and we’ve produced 46 videos – with even more blogs coming through the pipeline.
